Individual must be self-motivated to get jobs done quickly and efficiently with great attention to detail. Experience on all positions is encouraged but we will train the right individual.
Lawn Maintenance Crew Members & Leaders-
Lawn Maintenance Crew Members & Leaders are responsible for performing maintenance tasks for our commercial and residential clients, including mowing, edging, trimming, and other similar tasks. Crew Members will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. Crew Leaders are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety. In addition to leadership responsibilities, this is a hands-on position which allows you to take full ownership in accomplishing the work in the field.
Landscape Crew Members & Leaders-
Landscape Team Member in this department are responsible for performing tasks for our Commercial & Residential clients, including bark mulch installation, weeding, pruning, plant installation, and other similar tasks. Crew Members will be in the field developing the skills necessary to advance to a Crew Leader position. Crew Leaders are responsible for preparing and driving company equipment, directing, and developing their crews to ensure quality work is performed, caring for equipment, and ensuring safety.
Bed Maintenance Technician-
Responsible for keeping our commercial and residential clients landscape beds weed free by applying herbicides, pesticides, and manually pulling weeds monthly. Also, in charge of mixing and managing chemicals, following safety practices according to OSHA and MDARD, and monitoring our customers landscape health care needs. All clients are visited monthly so being efficient and to stay on schedule is a must.??
Qualifications & Requirements-
- Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (3A, 3B, and 6)
- Valid Chauffer’s Driver’s License
- Experience spreading and spraying pesticide and herbicides
- Knowledge and experience mixing chemicals
- Math skills and the ability to produce application rates
- Plant identification & knowledge
Fertilizer Technician-
Fertilizer Technician is responsible for applying fertilizer, pesticides, and herbicides to our commercial/residential clients' lawns & landscapes, as well as carrying out other turf-care related tasks. Candidates should have experience in residential and commercial fertilization, ability to use riding and walk-behind spreaders and proper PPE knowledge.
Qualifications & Requirements-
